Description
The LPS 0440 Lightning Protection by Anchor Products is a securement solution to safely and effectively secure the air terminals and the cable clamps on the roof. The U-Anchors are considered lightning protection attachment accessories or fittings, not lightning protection components and are not required to be tested under UL 96.
The U-Anchor is available for all commercial types such as TPO, PVC, KEE, EPDM, SBS, APP, Roof Coatings and more. Our system uses brand-specific pre-flashed components, making installation significantly easier and provides more consistent performance. The U-Anchor can be secured to low slope roof surfaces, vertical parapet walls and anything in between to exceed code requirements for wind and seismic events. Additionally, U-Anchors are included in most roof manufacturers’ leak protection warranties.
